Shur Sales And Marketing was founded by Craig Shur and Ken Bush with a bold vision: to create a manufacturer’s representative firm built on integrity, grit, and unwavering commitment to the first responder community.

In 1992, Craig established the Industrial division, while Ken launched the fire division in May of 1996. In January 2025, Craig retired and separated the Industrial business, leaving Shur Sales And Marketing fully focused on its core mission: equipping firefighters and first responders with the most trusted tools and gear in the industry.

Today, under Ken Bush’s leadership, Shur Sales And Marketing proudly represents premier brands including 3M Scott SCBA, Hurst Jaws of Life, Lion PPE, Seek Thermal, Streamlight, and others.
