PAUL ALBINGER

Paul Albinger has been active in the Fire Service for over 47 years.  He is an NFPA Certified Fire Instructor who currently serves as a Fire Suppression Consultant.  He began his career in 1971 as a Firefighter with the Saukville, WI. Fire Dept.  He rose through the ranks as a Captain, 2nd Asst. Chief in charge of Training and was appointed Fire Chief in 1979.  He held that position until 1988 when he took the position of Fire Chief of The Lakeside, AZ Fire Protection District, and held that position until his fire service retirement in 1992.  Paul was recruited by Elkhart Brass as a Regional Mgr. and served in that capacity until 2000 when he was promoted to a Division Mgr., Supervising Regional Mgrs. in the US and Canada.  In 2003 he was promoted to Director of Sales in charge of sales for both the US Government and the Fire Protection Divisions worldwide, and the Canadian Division; a position he held until his retirement on March 31, 2017.   Paul has taught at Fire Schools and seminars throughout the US and Canada including FDIC and was an on-staff instructor at Northland Pioneer College.   He continues to train firefighters and provides Consulting to the Fire Protection and US Government markets throughout North America, and as a Water Hydraulics Expert for Shur Sales & Marketing.
